Flamingo Dewata Suite

Thus place is so good I booked again just now. I had the pleasure of staying at Flamingo Dewata. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional care and attention provided by the hotel staff, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The warm and professional front desk staff made my check-in process seamless, setting the tone for a remarkable experience. Flamingo Dewata's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in the immaculate condition of the property. Every corner, from the stunning lobby to the well-appointed rooms, showcased a meticulous attention to detail. The maintenance team promptly resolved any minor issues I encountered, further enhancing my stay. The personalized care I received at Flamingo Dewata was outstanding. The diligent housekeeping staff maintained my room impeccably, ensuring cleanliness and replenishing fresh linens and amenities. The approachable and friendly staff were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, providing exceptional customer service that made me feel valued and well-cared for. The pool in my villa and on the property was lovely, and the courtyard was super nice and well kept. I will be staying at Flamingo Dewata when I’m in Ulu and recommend it to friends.

Good location, easy to get grabs everywhere or rent a scooter. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and villa was a good size.

It’s in a good location, very easy to get to beaches, restaurants etc lots of things around the area. Some great breakfast places nearby. It’s good value for money the room is standard. Sure there’s a few scuffs here and there but it’s air conditioned has WiFi and a nice pool area. The rooms are dated but honestly it’s nothing too worry about. There is no restaurant here tho so you have to go out for food or order in. It all depends on what you want really.

Great location, really great staff. The accomodation itself was insane - for the price you are given a 1 bedroom townhouse, with a massive pool and jacuzzi in the bathroom including seperate toilet & shower. It was also the first place that had a shower filter which I thought was great!! The staff were amazing helping with luggage, cleaning our rooms & also our pool. We also made a make shift shower handle as ours had broken and we didn't want to bother anyone. However they saw this and without asking had this fixed in a matter of minutes. Staff also helped to organise scooters which were of high quality and safe! We really enjoyed our stay here!
